ANTICIPATED SELECTION PROCESS (WHICH MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE) :
The District reserves the right to utilize a flexible pass point (cut-off) on any test part to meet the staffing needs as determined by the District.
- ILLUSTRATION PERFORMANCE EXAM : The illustration performance examination portion of the test may have multiple steps which may be administered on different days (100% of the total score).
PARTICIPATION IN ALL PORTIONS OF THE EXAMINATION PROCESS IS BY OFFICIAL INVITATION ONLY . Candidates who do not participate and successfully pass all parts of the examination process will not be considered for the position.
POSITION DETAILS AND DUTIES :
PART-TIME AND / OR SUBSTITUTE POSITION : THREE (3) OR SIX (6) HOURS PER DAY; TEN (10) MONTHS PER YEAR.
BASIC FUNCTION : The job of Nutrition Service Worker I is done for the purpose / s of providing support to the food service activities at assigned location with specific responsibilities for preparing and serving food items to students and / or school personnel; and maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition.
This Job reports to the Assigned Supervisor.

REVIEW PROCESS :
If you would like to review your examination after receiving your test results notice, you must submit the "Examination Review Form" to Classified Personnel within seven (7) working days of the result notice date.
ELIGIBILITY LIST EXPIRATION :
Candidates who are successful in all of the screening and testing process will be placed on an eligibility list. Typically, an eligibility list for a classification expires after one (1) year.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT :
It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that all licenses and certifications required for this position are up-to-date to remain in the position.
SELECTIVE CERTIFICATION : Some positions may require the ability to speak, read or write a language in addition to English. Such certification and appointment shall be made from among the highest three eligibles.
