Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Development and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive digital transformation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and practices to protect the company's data and systems from threats.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in IT management and data protection.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT projects, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to meeting the needs of internal and external clients.
