Mazteck IT, is looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team. The candidate must have experience working in the IT field and have network administrator experience . Possess the ability to learn new technologies, and the ability to work in a team environment. Primary duties are to work directly with customers on higher level tickets and improve the overall security for Mazteck clients. Must have a customer friendly attitude, good written / oral communication skills, and the ability to multi task in this fast paced, customer driven environment. Must be hard working, customer oriented, and possess a clean driving record.
Responsibilities for the jobs
Maintain technical knowledge and competency in all desktop related technologiesMaintain and operate client’s server Infrastructures, including but not limited to patch installations, critical security updates, backup maintenanceInstallation of monthly patches and critical security updatesMaintaining proper backup and disaster recovery solutions for clientsProvide support via communication by phone, remote assist and on-site as required.Communicate and assist clients by phone, remote access and email regarding service ticketsTimely and accurately document and update service tickets with all relevant details to properly log work done and follow-up work if neededQualifications and Skills
What are we looking for the person we wish to hire :4 years of hands-on experience in IT SupportDesktop Support / Network SupportExperience with Managing Windows Servers 2019 and 2022Experience with VMWare and Hyper-VExperience with Firewalls and VLansExperience with maintaining network infrastructure.Experience is assisting and leading junior and mid level techniciansGood working habits :
