The Senior IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the IT department. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Development and implementation of IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive digital transformation.
- Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Project Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Cybersecurity: Developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies and practices to protect the company's data and systems from threats.
- Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial goals.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT projects, with strong organizational and time management skills.
