Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Assistant (Underwriting & Marketing)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support underwriting, marketing, and administrative tasks. This role involves managing property data, creating marketing materials, updating listings, coordinating property tours, and handling various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwriting Support: Collect and organize rent rolls, profit & loss statements, lease comps, and other relevant data.
- Marketing: Use Canva to create marketing materials and property OMs.
- Administrative: Post property notices, update LoopNet/MLS listings, coordinate photography, and manage contracts.
- Communication: Send email blasts, update social media, and prepare weekly reports.
- General Support: Travel Booking, Reservations, other personal items
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.61 - $24.47 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
