What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Counselor position at Lyons HR?
Provides delivery of clinical services to the clients of Brookwood Florida, Inc. Involves some administrative and program development duties including planning, implementing, and monitoring agency components and assisting in the maintenance of high-quality program standards.
A Few Key Responsibilities :
- Interfaces with referral and placement sources, maintaining open communications.
- Maintains a caseload, providing direct counseling services.
- Supervises the development of the education and employment plans with clients and interfaces with school and work authorities to assure successful completion of goals
- Makes recommendations for new programs and improvements in existing programs to meet client needs more effectively and more efficiently.
- Assists in the supervision of case work services and other counselors in providing these services to the young women residing at Brookwood and their families.
- Responsible for reviewing all case records in accordance with the requirements
- of funding / monitoring agencies and compiling necessary reports
