JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day account support to commercial insurance clients under the direction of the Senior Account Manager and Risk Advisor.
- Process change requests / endorsements, binders, certificates, auto ID cards, account summaries, lost policy releases, audits and account balance status in a timely manner.
- Correspond with clients and carriers.
- Maintain documentation of communications, existing issues and issue resolutions.
- Update our agency management system and exposure workbooks to reflect changes during the year ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review quotes, binders and endorsements, and make requests for changes as needed.
- Bind coverage under the direction of the Senior Account Manager.
- Inform clients of any changes that may affect insurance premiums or coverage.
- Generate materials for client presentations and meetings.
- Create and send compliance communications.
- Transmit policies and policy documents to clients in a timely manner.
- Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewals.
- Maintain files with proper records according to company procedures, and maintain good internal file audit results.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
- Work a full-time 'hybrid' schedule with 2 to 4 days per week on-site.
