As a Field Network Technician at Pact-One Solutions, you will interface directly with our clients at their locations. As a key contributor, you’ll work on challenging network projects, troubleshoot client issues with cross-functional teams, and maintain cordial and professional client relationships.

Your work as a Field Network Technician will includes several components:
- Installing and upgrading desktop and Windows server operating systems.
- Expertise in configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting Windows servers, desktops, Active Directory, firewalls, backup programs, email, and antivirus software.
- Ticketing documentation that adheres to established standards and procedures.
- 3 years or more of experience in the IT field.
- Great customer service skills, with an attention to detail.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Capability of both solo and group work.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
