Responsibilities
- Achieve annual construction goals for passings built on time and on budget.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are skilled and knowledgeable to meet Lyte's quality standards.
- Ensure all OSP activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and community and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years of management and in-field experience inspecting OSP construction teams.
- In-depth understanding of OSP construction practices, materials, and equipment.
