Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex fiber infrastructure projects to meet Lyte's quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate a team of OSP Construction Inspectors to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are skilled and knowledgeable.
- Ensure all OSP activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and community and company policies.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of network reliability and performance.
