Description of the Position:
The Construction Inspector Supervisor will oversee a team of OSP Construction Inspectors, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
This role involves supervising inspection activities, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and liaising with local government leaders and officials during construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities, a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices, and substantial experience in OSP construction.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating a team of OSP Construction Inspectors
- Ensuring all OSP activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and community policies
- Participating in decisions on the scope and delivery of the project

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management; relevant technical certifications or associate degree in construction management, or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of management and in field experience inspecting OSP construction teams (i.e., Foreman fiber OSP construction, fiber aerial and underground crew member, Construction Management, and Telecommunications)
