We are seeking a highly experienced Telecommunications Leader to join our team as Regional Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service process from order placement to installation and repair. This includes ensuring efficient execution of service orders, coordinating installation teams, resolving service issues, and maintaining high standards of service quality.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in service delivery, operations, or a related field within the telecommunications industry, with 2 years of management and leadership experience. They should possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
The Telecommunications Leader will work closely with our Director to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service delivery performance and customer satisfaction. They will also lead initiatives to enhance customer interactions at every touchpoint in the installation and repair process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
This role requires the ability to build and develop a service delivery team from inception, managing both in-house team members and third-party vendors across assigned regions.
