We are seeking an experienced telecommunications operations leader to fill the role of Construction Inspector Supervisor at Lyte Fiber, LLC.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in OSP construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
This role involves supervising inspection activities and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving Lyte Fiber's annual construction goals for passings built on time and on budget
- Assisting in developing and implementing training programs to ensure team members are skilled and knowledgeable
- Ensuring all OSP activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and community policies

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management; relevant technical certifications or associate degree in construction management, or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of management and in field experience inspecting OSP construction teams (i.e., Foreman fiber OSP construction, fiber aerial and underground crew member, Construction Management, and Telecommunications)
