Join our team at Lyten and help create a brighter future for generations to come! We seek a skilled and motivated Systems DSP Engineer who enjoys solving engineering challenges with DSP methods and proving these methods in real-world application-focused RF systems and products.
Responsibilities :
- Develop RF systems DSP for product development from R&D concept to real-world applications.
- Bring up up DSP subsystem from early concept to functional integration and validation.
- Design, optimize, and validate DSP algorithms for radar and interrogator systems.
- Integrate and test DSP algorithms with hardware systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Apply DSP correction methods for RF impairments in hardware (e.g., IQ imbalance, phase noise, harmonic distortion, intermodulation distortion, AWGN, sampling jitter, quantization noise, etc.).
- Develop algorithms for channel estimation, equalization, signal detection, and matched filter optimization to enhance signal detection and improve RF system signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR).
- Implement and validate clutter suppression techniques, including Doppler methods.
- Provide feedback on design decisions based on practical implementation considerations.
- Generate documentation for schedule, features, functionality, cost, quality, regulatory compliance, industry standards compliance, business development, and IP.

The expected base salary range for this position is between
128,200.00 - $192,400.00
The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and / or education, or particular skills and expertise.

New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
