We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our grounds are well-kept and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure proper hydration and growth.
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through planting, pruning, and weeding.
- Utilize power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers for efficient groundskeeping.
- Operate hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all groundskeeping equipment is well-maintained and stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices and garden maintenance techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
