River View Residential is growing in the Oklahoma City area, and we are looking for our next Groundskeeper to join our team at a newly renovated, lease-up community.
We seek a hardworking and detail-oriented professional to help maintain the community’s exterior and common areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the property, including landscaping, walkways, and common areas
- Performing routine grounds maintenance, such as trash removal, lawn care, and minor exterior repairs
- Assisting the maintenance team as needed to ensure property readiness
- Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or maintenance concerns

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
