As a Safety Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Safety Division by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring cameras during internal OSHA 10 trainings to ensure safety compliance.
• Facilitating OSHA 10 paperwork and tracking certification processes.
• Coordinating the distribution of OSHA 10 cards to certified employees.
• Uploading and managing safety certifications in internal databases.
• Assisting in monitoring the internal Fleet Safety program.
• Handling general administrative tasks, including faxing, scanning, printing, and data management.
• Taking detailed notes and recording minutes during meetings to ensure accurate documentation.
• Supporting material purchasing and tracking deliveries as part of the safety inventory process.

Qualifications / Skills Sets / Expectations:

• High School Diploma with at least 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of Adobe and/or Bluebeam
• Familiarity with professional grade scanners/printers/fax machines
• Extreme proficiency in all Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SharePoint would be an advantage
• Extreme proficiency with computers in general and an ability to learn new programs rapidly and effectively
• Must be committed to excellence and generate a high quality of work
• Must consistently report to work on time and work well with other team members to accomplish a common goal

Desired Skills:

• Extreme proficiency with computers, smartphones, and tablets
• Extreme proficiency with all Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
• Ability to adapt to requests from team members
• Ability to learn new tasks and especially new computer programs quickly and effectively
