Description
The full-cycle Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, background screening, and advertising opportunities within the M&D family of companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Align all recruitment activities to the strategic goals and vision of the company.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Full cycle recruitment.
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline of qualified individuals.
- Recommend or reject candidates based on initial interview.
- Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
- Follow a structured interview guide for each opening.
- Schedule all candidate interviews with applicable leaders.
- Complete pre-employment screening in adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as it relates to recruitment and hiring.
- Meet recruitment metrics as defined by the Director of Talent Management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, and/or human resources preferred.
- Two years of recruitment experience.
- Two years’ experience utilizing an ATS.
- Highest attention to detail and willingness to provide support at all levels to get the job done.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Successful pre-employment screening, to include driving record.
- Foster’s good coworker citizenship in the workplace.
