Customer Service Responsibilities list:
- Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs.
- Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information through our scheduling/invoicing software.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and manage billing.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Extra office duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to situations effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma minimum, some college a plus
- 2-3 years customer service
- MS products and Google Business experience
