Will be responsible for assisting Finance Team on accounting operations, processes, and compliance.

- Accounts Receivable: receipt and posting of payments
- Accounts Payable: matching invoices, invoice entry, and vendor file maintenance
- Must be organized with storage and maintenance of all financial records
- Ensuring that all accounting and operational accounting functions are being performed
- Creating and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly receivables
- Performing and reviewing bank reconciliations with the ability to resolve variances
- Reconciliation of credit cards and travel account
- Assist in other duties as assigned
- Intermediate level math skills with the ability to do quick addition
- Experience in Microsoft Professional Office
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Organized work behavior with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability o communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines, prioritize work, and operate in a fast-paced environment
