Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will lead, organize, and assist with various marketing projects and campaigns for Corporate Marketing. An ideal candidate would have project management experience, strong visual communication skills, experience with press relations, excel at internal communications, and an interest and enthusiasm for the Real Estate or home building industry. This candidate should be multi-task oriented, a creative-thinker and problem-solver. This person works closely with the Corporate Design, Digital, SEO, and Email teams, all homebuilding divisions, and key groups within other corporate departments.

Essential Functions

• Assist with strategic marketing operations , working closely with Marketing Director to align tactics to overall brand strategies, target market preferences, and organizational goals.
• Own relationships with key vendors , including regular communications, assigning work, setting projects budgets, and ultimately the vendor’s final deliverables.
• Become the voice for internal communication of key business and marketing strategies to all homebuilding divisions ensuring complete understanding of campaigns and desired performance metrics.
