Luxury waterfront property construction is our expertise, and we are expanding our team as we manage the completion of our upcoming developments. The Construction Manager position entails overseeing the scope of work for various projects from inception to completion. This includes managing teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, staying on budget, and ensuring the project is completed on time. The Construction Manager plays a key role in managing the construction site, solving problems that arise, and ensuring the highest quality of work.
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented and proactive manager to join our team. We operate from 8-5 M-F, with an hour break. If you are interested in this role, we look forward to hearing from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information among team members.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure clarity on project goals and expectations.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support the preparation of construction estimates by gathering necessary data.
- Assist in blueprint reading to interpret design specifications accurately.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Excellent time management abilities with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
Vendor bonus, time off:
After being a vendor with our company for 120 days, we give a 5 day vendor bonus off at will, on the company dime. Then we also give these days off for being a vendor for our company as well.
