What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Specialist position at M & J Tooling LLC?
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You would be responsible for assisting with fulfilling customer requests, primarily quotes and orders. This will not be commission based. The inventory knowledge to help you fulfill customer requests will be trained to you and you will be working closely with a supervisor to begin.
Duties:
70% of the Day:
* Reply to customer inquiries via email & phone call.
* Communicate with other sales representatives & supervisors.
* Maintain an organized & clean area.
30% of the Day:
* Input data into Excel spreadsheet.
* Help to fulfill customer orders.
* Maintain quality service by following organization standards & procedures.

Pay & Hours:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour starting / 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with 30 Minute Lunch
