What are the responsibilities and job description for the Used Truck Sales Representative position at M&K Truck Centers?
Summary/Objective
Follows and adheres to all policies and procedures related to Sales. This person will be conducting inside sales, calling customers, and helping them plan and project and close sales for their used commercial truck needs. Seeks out new business opportunities to grow sales volume and increase profitability. Providing exemplary customer service while developing a business relationship with customers.
Essential Functions
Directly responsible for outbound marketing within assigned territories
Maintain company standards of 20 calls / contacts per day
Obtain and Maintain CDL
Directly responsible for selling warranties to cover sold trucks
Write customer orders and sales contracts according to company guidelines
Listen to and resolve customers’ complaints regarding products or services
Call on prospective customers to explain company services or to solicit new business
Achieves sales profit standards
Proposes customer terms based on customer profitability and credit worthiness
Education and Experience
Must have a minimum of three years’ direct sales experience.
Inside sales preferred.
