Position Title: Office Assistant
General Purpose
This position will be responsible for all office work up to and including invoicing, billing, employee files and other things as assigned.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Review daily field tickets
- Answering phones
- Ordering Supplies
- Filing paperwork
- Spreadsheets for job quantities
- New employee paperwork
- Invoicing
- Help manage and develop daily business operations
- Adhere to and enforce all safety standards
- Participate in and promote the safety culture
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work closely with team members
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Follow instructions given both orally or in writing
- Ability to work independently, with accuracy and in accordance with company safety and quality standards
- Ability to communicate in English with other employees for the purpose of hazard recognition, problem solving, or other purposes
Physical Demands
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk, use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies.
