Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites and on roadways, including but not limited to mini excavators, backhoes, plow, front loader.
This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to all operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner on construction sites, wearing appropriate PPE.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to build and maintain construction projects according to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other operators regarding project progress and equipment status.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around the equipment.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation and safe driving/operation of mini dump trucks with a loaded trailer.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices.
- A valid Commercial Driving License is Preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Pay is $25-30 DOE with experience and CDL
