Job Summary:
Reporting directly , The executive assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the CEO and President of multiple businesses. The executive assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven. Having the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal, and social media communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and neatness is essential in this role. The Executive assistant will be required to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete broad variety of administrative tasks for the executive team including, but not limited to, managing a calendar of appointments, posting and maintain social media and websites, completing and reconciling expense report, posting receipts in Quick Books, composing and preparing correspondence that is confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas.
· Works to prepare reports and presentations as requested.
· Communicates instructions to other employees
· Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
· Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO.
· Prioritizes conflicting needs: handles matter expeditiously, productively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
· Assisting in scheduling meetings and attending meetings as requested. Additionally, coordinates the agenda of senior leadership team meetings, records, and distributes minutes or other records as requested.
· Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
· Must possess proficient computer, Quick Books, internet, and social media skills.
· Other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company and the Ranch.
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:
· Strong organizational skills and neatness.
· Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
· Very strong interpersonal skills
· Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) common project management applications and Adobe Acrobat.
· Proficient Quick Books skills
· Able to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
· Excellent time management
Education/Experience:
· College degree preferred but not necessary
· Strong work Tenure preferred but not necessary: 2-5 years of experience supporting C-level Executives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,360.00 - $54,080.00 per year
