Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate and work on distribution construction projects, pole changes, and conversions from start to finish.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams effectively.
- Manage project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance and assistance to construction crews and apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven working foreman experience in distribution construction projects, pole changes, conversion, & storm work.
-Verifiable Working Distribution Journeyman Lineman experience
- Strong understanding of quality control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with distribution power-line operations and maintenance.
- Proficient in project scheduling and management
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
