Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment operator Leader to join our team. As a Operator , you will be responsible for equipment maintaining and Leading your crew to handle what ever job need to be done for residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in equipment operation.
- Extensive Knowledge of laying pipe for septic systems.
- Extensive Knowledge of motor replacement for septic stations.
- knowledge of installing pipes under driveways.
- Knowledge of how a laser level and grade rod works
- Operate a non-CDL dump truck.
- Knowledge in sod removal and replace.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive truck and trailer.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to access military bases for work assignments.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and team
members.
- Proficiency with iPad technology for record-keeping and communication.
- Ability to work a 4-day work week, starting at 6:30 am- until job completion.
- Good knowledge of installing pipes under driveways.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
- Ability to perform tasks without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of crew members in daily operations.
-Drive truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Supervise and train junior crew members to ensure quality workmanship
- Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
-Coordinate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct general maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
- Operate equipment, including stand-on steed steer, Excavator, set down skid steer efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using iPad technology.
- Ensure worksite safety and cleanliness at all times.
- Lift heavy products and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
Skills:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills to supervise junior Crew Members
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
