Billing Specialist/ Customer Service Support role in Boca, FL

Our Customer Service Team is the primary contact point for our physicians and members. The Billing Specialist/Call Center Support Rep is responsible to deliver a highly professional and helpful experience for the members of our concierge medicine service and work closely with the staff of our 200 physician practices, answering questions, oversee members’ past due accounts and engage prospective new members.
As a Billing Specialist/Call Center Support Rep you play an integral part of the Service Team.
- Responsible to understand company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Required to spend majority of the day at a workstation with headset, engaged in work-related activities, including, downloading merchant information, posting transactions and month end reconciling as well as proper documentation.
- Remaining time to be spent as follows: in meetings, in coaching sessions and on authorized break time, including restroom and water breaks, phone calls and any other personal matters.
- Data entry of enrollment applications
- Printing, folding, stuffing and mailing of letters and invoices.
- Performs general research and problem resolution. Escalates member issues and concerns to management, as necessary.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service or accounting required; healthcare and billing experience is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows and products in particular Excel and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette skills are required.
- A High School diploma or equivalent business experience is required..
Additional Information:
- Permanent Full Time Position
- Pay: $25 to $28 per hour
- Benefits after 90 days: 401k available no match, Medical/Dental/Vision, 2 weeks of PTO (15 days)
- Location: Boca Raton, FL
- Hybrid Schedule: Mon - Thurs in Boca office and work remote on Friday's; Hours 8:00am to 4:30pm
