Job Description
This position is responsible for generating and tracking both incoming and outgoing correspondence related to complaints from Providers within the company's network. This position will interact (VIA E-mail) with facilities, vendors, providers and other staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Must have phones experience in DME, Dr office, clinic or managed care
- Call center experience and member services exp
- Minimum of one year experience in a general office and/or customer service experience required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and all Microsoft Office applications.
