Someone who has a desire to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, who has attention to detail and an ability to handle several ongoing tasks. The position requires a professional appearance and positive attitude. Experience in the real estate or banking industry is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Field and direct all incoming calls to appropriate recipient and taking messages
  • Welcoming all visitors and making a positive first impression on walk-in visitors and callers
  • Distribute mail, deliveries and fax communications
  • Performing basic clerical duties
  • Creating spreadsheets, managing databases
  • Conducting research
  • Maintain common areas
  • Receive initial informational requests and enter provided information into software system
  • Expected to maintain regular and predictable attendance at work
  • Participates in department functions
  • Performs any other duties delegated by management
  • Maintains utmost confidentiality and privacy of company information, as well as that of customers and co-workers and professionalism.
  • Adheres to company policies, industry standards, and guidelines
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience and demonstrates competency and understanding of general office procedures and customer service.
  • Notary public status, desired but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
