WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Provides leadership and motivation to various areas of Player Development including Executive and Casino Host teams, National Casino Marketing and VIP Asian Marketing.
- Works with guest contact departments to develop and implement strategies and programs to cultivate the market for new and existing high-limit casino guests.
- Monitors existing high-limit guest programs and develops knowledge of guest betting habits, credit situation, and levels of participation to ensure maximum profit margins, adequate play levels, and appropriate cost control.
- Hosts high-limit guests and accommodates their needs within program guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage return visits.
- Awards guest complimentaries based on gaming action and program guidelines.
- Coordinates guest rooms, meals and show reservations, and assists guests with questions and special requests to ensure coordination of guest needs to provide for their maximum convenience and comfort.
- Evaluates and approves/denies all VIP suite and ticket requests for 100 annual partner sporting events and concerts.
- Utilizes multiple internal systems, such as Salesforce and myHost, to track Host production and coach team members.
- Sets segmentation and coding criteria, modifies Host Incentive plans as needed, and coaches team members to achieve goals.
- Organizes special functions (parties, tournaments, etc.) to attract incremental visits and/or obtain feedback on guest satisfaction.
- Perform related work as requested.

EXPERIENCE: 8-10 years related experience with 5 years supervisory. Minimum of 5-8 years experience with similar player development management preferred.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent.
SKILLS: Ability to read, write and speak English. Good organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner. The ability to work effectively with staff, other department personnel, guests, and management. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies, and procedures. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Full command of word processing, and spreadsheets. Working knowledge of data base programs. Full command of computerized slot and player tracking systems. Knowledge of computer systems. Demonstrated knowledge of all casino games as well as regular high-limit guests and their betting habits in order to make knowledgeable decisions regarding credit extensions. Ability to communicate effectively in order to understand and meet the needs of preferred guests. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data in order to make decisions regarding credit limits.
