Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and chemical balancing.
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Monitor water quality and ensure safety standards are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot common pool issues (e.g., leaks, cloudy water).
• Communicate with clients professionally to address their pool-related questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pool care/maintenance is required, with a proven track record of successfully maintaining pools and equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pool / hydraulic systems, equipment, and water chemistry is mandatory.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of pool care, including lifting equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
