We are a growing, fast-paced property management office located in Farmington Hills, MI seeking a full time Maintenance crew member in Anamosa, OA. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated and highly organized. The applicant will support local managers and employees on daily tasks as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidates must be honest, dependable and self-motivated. At least 2 years of experience, a valid drivers license and a high school diploma or GED is required for this position. You must have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to pass a background check. You must be authorized to work anywhere in the US.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Grounds and general maintenance
- Mulching and maintaining flower beds
- Leaf removal
- Must know how to operate and maintain lawn equipment (leaf blowers, mowers, weed whacker)
- Mowing, weeding, edging and trimming
- Responding to emergency requests
- Perform repair of buildings and equipment
- Assist with the renovation/remodeling of trailers
- Maintain record of scheduled services
- On call for emergency situations
- Various others as deemed necessary
