Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking an attorney to lead and manage our intake department. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION THAT WILL REQUIRE EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION, TECHNOLOGICAL, AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS in order to manage department employees and sign qualified leads. The vast majority of your time will be spent on the phone speaking to and qualifying potential clients, as well as managing and supervising the department's interaction with potential clients. Excellent and persuasive communication skills with a “sales” background and/or approach is required.

Duties:
- Voluminous telephone calls to potential clients and supervising other employees’ communications with potential clients
- Hiring and training departmental employees
- Implementing and enforcing department policies and guidelines
- Preparing reports and analytics on lead volume
- Setting and meeting K.P.I.s for the department
- Must be a licensed attorney
- Must be a persuasive speaker and a “sales” person when speaking to potential clients
- Skilled with computers and software. Our CRM softwares are Lead Docket and Filevine
- Ability to hire, train and supervise others
- Detail oriented
- Extremely structured and organized
- Flexible availability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Perform in a high-level fast-paced environment and train/supervise others to do the same
