Duties
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and answering inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls with proper etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel when needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and financial record management.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using Google Suite applications.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
- Support medical reception duties if applicable, including patient scheduling and managing medical records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite applications and QuickBooks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
