Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Cultivation Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing cultivation tasks according to our operating procedures. This includes all aspects of the cannabis production cycle, such as cloning, plant care, harvesting, and facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivation : Perform tasks such as cloning, transplanting, pruning, watering, and monitoring plant health during vegetative and flowering phases.
- Harvesting : Assist in cutting plants, trimming, weighing, and entering inventory data into our tracking system.
- Monitoring : Ensure plants are growing under optimal conditions, including pest and disease control, and address any quality concerns.
- Facility Maintenance : Operate and maintain cultivation systems (lighting, irrigation, climate control), and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean and sanitized
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and meet company goals.
