We are looking for a dynamic and driven Audio-Visual Technical Sales Leader to join our growing team.


Job Description:

As a Technical Sales Leader, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will leverage your technical expertise in all areas of equipment and sales acumen to identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close deals that exceed customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the audio-visual market. Your focus is on production and touring companies, integrators, AV equipment rental businesses, houses of worship, and corporate installations. Brands include JBL, PixelHue, ROE LED, Ross, Meyer Sound, and more.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct onsite large-scale product presentations to potential clients.


  • Technical Expertise:
  • Stay updated on the latest audio-visual technologies and trends in high end video systems, LED, and switching systems, the latest in digital audio, and lighting.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and functionalities of our products.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose customized AV solutions.


  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.


  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the audio-visual, touring, or broadcast industry.
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
