Job Title: Oracle HCM Solution Architect
Location: Kansas City, MO (Onsite WFO)
We are looking for an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Oracle APIs, Microsoft Azure, and Informatica, along with strong coding skills for system integrations and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop integrations within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Work with Oracle APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL.
Implement solutions using Microsoft Azure and Informatica Cloud.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and best practices.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills:
7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Expertise in Oracle APIs, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and Web Services.
Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, and SQL.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Informatica IICS/IDMC.
