Regional Marketing Manager (Onsite)

Our Client, Kolter Homes, is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to play a key role in overseeing daily marketing functions that help achieve organizational objectives. A Regional Marketing Manager is the conduit between community teams and marketing department, functioning as an Account Executive at an advertising agency. Central to the role is communicating with community leadership and sales team to identify needs, suggest tactics and then working with internal Marketing team, disciplines and outside vendors/agencies to get projects done on time, on budget and on point. Areas of focus include print & digital advertising, web site, interactive floorplan and site plan tools, collateral, signage and sales environment. The Regional Marketing Manager also oversees community marketing budgets and verifies invoices and expenditures for each community in their territory.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interview, select, and train employees

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly visit and communicate with Community Directors, sales teams and RVPs to discuss needs, trends, plan tactics and execute initiatives.
- Support the SVP Marketing with the management and coordination of all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Communicate with internal Marketing team to review ideas and suggestions from the field, adjust and refine advertising campaigns, share communication opportunities and drive growth in key Marketing's KPIs.
- Communicate with internal disciplines such as Architecture, Land Development and Purchasing to create and update product information and visuals needed for product marketing.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Communicate with outside vendors to secure visuals such as renderings, site plans and interactive floorplans that will be deployed online, in displays, collateral and other customer-facing areas.
- Support the SVP to manage the marketing budget and achieve marketing goals within approved budget.
- Ensure billing is being processed in a timely fashion.
- Manage all aspects of print production, receipt, and distribution.
- Work with on-site lifestyle, operations and sales teams to keep web site content updated, fresh and relevant. Facilitate web site adjustments with internal team and approve content on monthly updates to company websites.
- Support SVP Marketing and work with sales and community teams for successful openings of new communities.
- Monitor, review and report on all product marketing activities and results; recommend modifications to improve and correct deficiencies and/or errors.
- Conduct marketing meetings with sales and community teams to meet organizational objectives.
- Provide direction to advertising agencies for advertising and marketing programs and materials. Oversee the execution of product marketing activities including advertising, brochures, events, public relations, sales display materials, community web sites, etc. Adjust marketing mix as needed.
- Guide the development and implementation of on-site sales displays, signage and related customer engagement tools that adhere to corporate brand standards and support company goals.
- Attend tradeshows, company sponsored promotions and events.
REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong understanding of construction, subcontracting, and customer service
- Understanding of sales, marketing, capital budgeting, acquisitions, entitlements, and land development
- Excellent analytical, creative thinking, leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, project management and time management skills
- Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner with strong attention to detail with limited supervision
- Read and interpret financial reports, market comps, engineering reports, construction documents and specifications, contracts, owners’ association documents, and other related work documents
- Ability to learn and use customer relationship management software including Builders CMS and any other company based software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Effectively and professionally communicate (in oral and written form) with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate commitment to integrity, company values, customer-focus, and established policies and procedures
- Display professional appearance and manner
- Identify digital marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Considerable writing, editing, content design, and desktop publishing skills.
- Experience with: Social media, e-marketing tools, marketing analytics, and web content management systems. All aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Deploying, analyzing, and iterating marketing campaigns. Overseeing all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Customer and market dynamics and requirements. Sales contact management experience.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred. One year of work experience may substitute for one year of the required education up to a maximum of four years substitution. Where substitution is accepted, applicant must demonstrate increased knowledge-base and progressively more challenging work assignments
- Minimum of five years related experience in a similar position, preferably with a high-volume builder

Fast-paced, growth-focused, and dynamic team environment with multiple priorities, stringent accuracy requirements and strict
deadlines. Hybrid position that will work remotely with regular travel to visit communities and corporate headquarters.
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
