Mandia International Trading is an expanding global importer and food manufacturer, headquartered in the Mohawk Valley, specializing in the importation of various grades of olive oil. In 1991, Steve returned to the United States and established East Coast Olive Oil Corporation (ECOO), which became one of the nation's foremost olive oil importers and packagers. Capitalizing on the success of East Coast Olive Oil Corporation, Steve founded Mandia International Trading Corp in 2010 which now serves major retail, food service, and industrial markets worldwide.
As a part of their continued expansion, Mandia International Trading is seeking an Accounting Specialist to perform daily accounting, accounts payable and inventory control functions. Qualified candidates will be exceptionally organized, detail oriented and enthusiastic about gaining hands-on experience in an entrepreneurial environment. Ideal candidate will have the demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly in order to execute daily tasks proactively and accurately with minimal supervision. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- General Ledger Management : Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Accounts Payable : Process invoices, payments, and receipts while monitoring and resolving discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare and assist in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Familiarity with treasury management functions and accounts receivable a plus
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis

BASE SALARY RANGE : $55,000 - $70,000
