Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred.
- At least 1year experience in direct or indirect inside sales preferred
- Basic knowledge in prospecting via phone and email in a sales environment.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization on.
- Strong phone and written customer communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments based on the needs of the department or business goals.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to build consistent new revenue pipeline
- Ability to manage time effectively work independently and be selfmotivated.
- Commitment to stay current with industry / sector trends
- Ability to articulate define and execute creative strategies to grow PracticeMatch business and reach new markets
- Ability to interface within a multibrand sales organization
- Demonstrated communication skills a team player and the ability to achieve set targets
- Strong PC skills required including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
