In the Project Coordinator role, you will assist in the development, coordination and production of design documents.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the production of design phase models and drawings using Revit
- Assist project lead in communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and all in-house team members.
- Takes direction from project lead.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties associated with projects as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program; 2 years experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Understand project schedule and able to work toward deadlines
- Basic understanding of construction methods required and sustainable solutions
- Understands office standards and procedures, knows where to access info and find answers; comfortable asking questions
- Willingness and ability to take on progressive responsibilities with the goal of advancing
