Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service, handling customer concerns and maintaining a strong reputation.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales by promoting services, managing pricing strategies, and upselling maintenance and repairs.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor parts and supply inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee financial reporting and profitability.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in auto repair shop management or a similar leadership role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, services, and industry best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a successful team.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
