Security Clearance (Secret / Top Secret) preferred
Required Skills and Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent discipline; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Capture Management for DoD, with ability to expand into Civilian and Intelligence agencies
- Demonstrated success in being a key contributor in winning contracts primarily in DoD >
- Experience working in small businesses (e.g., 8a, SDVOSB, and / or WOSB)
- Must have Federal Government Contracting, Business, and technical acumen to assist with new business growth
- Have relevant customer contacts and the ability to maintain customer relationships with senior or director level officials
- Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively develop and lead high performing BD / Capture / Proposal teams (preferred)
- Proven Customer and Industry Relationship Management Skills / Expertise
- PMP Certification, desired
