Position Description: Looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to serve as the lead for architecting and crafting technical solutions in support of Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the following;
- Identifying, tailoring, and integrating technical capabilities and innovations to address customer needs, hot buttons, pain points, and requirements to help shape acquisitions, competitively position GITI and contribute to winning proposals.
- Leverage domain expertise to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements
- Lead the development of a complete and highest-rated technical solution and price competitive proposal.
- Identify technical resource needs to support Pre-B&P and B&P activities;
- Coordinate with team member technical leadership and technical contributors on solution development, proposal writing, and estimating;
- Lead and contribute to the proposal as author and reviewer.
- Support capture with customer meetings by presenting GITI’s capabilities, services, and solutions
- Lead in the development of solutions to problems of unusually complex which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation; and
- Collaborate with Program Managers to craft unique solutions to respond to their respective customer challenges that may also serve as a precedent for future opportunities and decisions.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated expertise providing innovative solutions in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and Software Engineering.
- Extensive proposal experience leading technical solution development on numerous $20M opportunities
- Must have experience in responding to request for proposals (RFP) and request for information (RFI) as a Solution Architect or a similar role
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience and/or deep knowledge of digital transformation technical domains (e.g. microservices, containers, cloud-native development, API management, mobile development)
Years of Experience: 10 Years of relative working experience
Education Level: Masters of Science degree or experience may be considered in place of education requirements
Must be US Citizen and eligible to obtain Security Clearance
