Compensation: Salary starting range $75,000 - $100,000, Commensurate to skills and experience.
Hours: Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Some travel is expected; an average of 6-8 days per month.

Position Description
The Construction Manager II will collaborate with Dairy Operators and Construction Contractors to prepare job sites, oversee construction activities, ensure efficiency, maintain project timelines, exceed quality expectations, and adhere to engineered plans. Candidates must be experienced in diverse construction practices, processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent communication skills across all media are essential for this team-oriented role. Adaptability, self-motivation, and strong organizational abilities are crucial, as this position involves limited supervision in a rapidly evolving industry.
Responsibilities
Oversee project construction sites, ensuring that construction is designed, prepared and built to satisfaction.
Troubleshoot issues, delays, and/or conflicts with contractors and engineers.
Coordinate and schedule construction tasks.
Effectively communicate via email, text, and phone with the supervisor, team members, contractors, engineers, customers, and business partners.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with various contractors and dairy owners that we work with.
Qualifications & Skills
Two or more years of experience in Construction and Construction Management preferred.
The ability to read and understand Construction Plans and P&IDs is a plus.
Analytical thinker and self-starter.
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems, and to plan & execute autonomously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient speaking English require.
Basic computing and Microsoft office skills required.

Physical Demands Requirements
Work Environment This job mainly operates in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, etc. Noise level may be loud at times and works around moving mechanical or construction equipment.
Physical Demands Must be able to move objects of at least 50 lbs., and use leg, abdominal, and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
