Position Description
The Project Management Administrative Assistant will play a key role in improving team efficiency and consistency. This position will focus on developing a comprehensive team training program, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), refining and improving process flows, and ensuring standardization across project budgets, schedules, and contracts. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
This is a pivotal role within the Development team, ideal for a proactive individual passionate about driving process improvement and team development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive team training program tailored to project needs and roles
Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes
Analyze and refine team workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
Standardize project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure consistency and compliance
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure alignment on processes and priorities
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate training and processes seamlessly into project workflows
Conduct regular reviews of SOPs and process flows to identify areas for improvement
Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and database management for all process-related files and records
Support the Project Manager in managing project tasks and timelines as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Proven ability to design and manage training programs and create SOPs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands
Experience with process improvement methodologies or tools is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to learn new concepts and tools
Must be proficient in English
