We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Service Bookkeeper and Office Manager to join our team.
**Job Summary:**
The Full-Service Bookkeeper and Office Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial transactions and records, as well as overseeing daily office operations. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a productive office environment.**Key Responsibilities:
***Bookkeeping Responsibilities:*
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.- Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.- Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparations.- Provide support for financial decision-making and strategic planning.
*Office Management Responsibilities:*
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.- Assist in the onboarding of new employees and maintain employee records.- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.- Plan and coordinate company events and meetings.- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper and office manager or in similar roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
